“The Fox Valley Wisc Ron Paul Meetup made signs/banners for display from the walkways over the freeway and some permanent placement as opportunities arise. Tips: plan on about 1 1/3 can of paint per banner. Get Rustoleum, not cheap stuff that doesn’t spray well. Duct tape your template words together. Use sticks to hold down the template as you spray so paint spray doesn’t blow under the template. Have Fun!!”
